Not to be left out, his enchanting "I Can Eat That!" elementary school presentations on the secret ways to get kids to eat well, have the kids running home to tell mom and dad how to make great dishes out of veggies!
As a restauranteur and Chef, Sadler developed and managed his successful artisan cake manufacturing company (Crumbzz) and retail dining establishments in New York (Upper Crust) and Dallas (Crumbzz). As the Executive Chef, he not only managed his restaurant’s but also traveled worldwide to procure unique dishes for his guests. In addition, he authored the company’s social media presence all of which had thousands of enthusiastic followers.
A best selling author, Sadler has published eight character driven “Happy Veggies” children’s books; a “Quest For The Best” memoire on his worldwide travels to find the source of ingredients for his 400-year old family recipe cakes; “Bringing Fine Dining To Small Town America” an entrepreneurial book on the challenges entrepreneurs face bringing a business to small towns; and his “World On My Plate” recipe book that offers many of the unique recipes he found on his travels around the world, recipe’s that were offered at his restaurants in Dallas and New York.
Finally, as a TV travel specialist, J Stephen was a regular morning travel specialist reporter for CBS and FOX TV morning news. He also spoke regularly on travel issues on nationwide shows including; Good Morning America, The Today Show and CNN News.
